The Trust Digital Enterprise Console and Policy Manager was designed with the IT security administrator in mind. This web-based console is located behind the firewall and enables remote management, reduces the user's down-time and minimizes the IT support costs by providing:
- Centralized management of devices, security policies, and applications, including OTA software deployments and updates
- Leverage of Active Directory to manage on-device security policies by group membership
- Help Desk features for interactive remote diagnostics, remote wipe, remote unlock, and decommissioning
- Reporting of device compliance status and Exchange Active Sync activity to facilitate IT audits and monitor performance against regulatory requirements
The Trust Digital Self-Service Portal further streamlines support by allowing users to perform functions such as password reset that is independent of IT personnel.
