MARK SHULL JOINS TRUST DIGITAL AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Industry Veteran Brings 24 Years of Experience in Growing Early Stage Companies to Profitability

McLean, Virginia – April 14, 2010 – Trust Digital, the leader in enterprise mobility management (EMM®) for smartphones, today announced that Mark Shull has joined the company as chief executive officer (CEO). Shull’s key responsibility is to leverage the company’s unique product offering in one of the hottest markets to rapidly grow the company.  A cornerstone to his strategy is expanding product adoption in key verticals such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals and finance where real-time, next-generation, mobile business applications are revolutionizing the delivery of services.

“Just managing email on the smartphone isn’t enough anymore,” said Pascal Luck, managing director at Core Capital Partners. “With the proliferation of app phones entering the enterprise, paired with an increase in demand for real-time access to information via these devices, the ability to manage and support the rollout of mobile applications that enable greater productivity is a huge priority for CIOs today. Mark’s proven strength in translating ideas into focused execution will be instrumental in Trust Digital’s evolution and its ability to strategically and successfully increase its market presence.”

More like a laptop than a smartphone, the iPhone has changed how users in industries like healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services do their jobs. Within these verticals, secure, immediate access to critical information on mobile applications is a core component to one’s job – for instance, being able to view detailed electronic patient records via an iPhone or accessing a financial institution’s trading system as if it were a remote PC is essential when one is monitoring a patient’s condition or transacting important business away from the office.

“Enterprises want to increase revenues, profits and productivity through empowering their workforce to enhance customer satisfaction by enabling rapid decision making at the point of service,” said Shull.  “App phones - like the Apple iPhone 3GS - are outselling PCs, but offering similar functionalities like access to back office data - such as Oracle or SAP - in real-time. Using Trust Digital, an enterprise can rapidly deploy a mobility strategy using App phones and native third party and custom business productivity apps in a secure and cost effective manner.”

Before joining Trust Digital, Shull held senior positions at VeriSign and most recently served as group president of enterprise security services. Prior to that, he was president and CEO at MarkMonitor, Inc., where he grew revenues from $1.5 to $30 million in just over three years. Additionally, as president and CEO of Digex, Inc., Shull increased revenues from $22 million to $214 million in just over three years and completed a successful $200 million IPO.
