Government Veteran Brings Market Expertise to Smartphone Security Provider

McLean, Virginia, – February 11, 2008 – Trust Digital, the leading mobile security management provider, today announced that Michael Morgan has joined the company as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Customer Support. He will be responsible for overseeing Trust Digital's sales strategy for both government and commercial customers along with managing the customer support services function.

Morgan joins Trust Digital from Cloakware Inc., a leading provider of products and services designed to protect software, media, passwords and data from piracy and unauthorized access and use. While at Cloakware he was a vice president of sales and had responsibility for building the organization's Federal and Financial Services divisions. Prior to Cloakware he was with EMC Corporation — a world leader in products, services, and solutions for information storage and management — where he established EMC’s Homeland Security business. Morgan has also held business manager and sales positions at Merck and has helped to successfully grow other startup companies.

In his new role at Trust Digital he will lead the sales team in delivering Trust Digital's transparent security software on mobile devices to protect against fraud, theft, sabotage and malicious hacking. The company's smartphone security client helps reduce corporate risk and regulatory liability. Trust Digital provides enterprises and government organizations with a centrally managed, policy-based security system that manages information, tracks peripheral access and defines data protection requirements.
