Mark Shull joined the Trust Digital team in early 2010 as Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to joining the company, Mark held a number of increasingly responsible executive positions, and was most recently the Group President, Enterprise Security Services at VeriSign in Mountain View, California, where he was responsible for the overall management of VeriSign's security unit. Prior to that role, Mark was the Senior Vice President of VeriSign's Naming and Directory Services business where he managed VeriSign’s .com, .net and global DNS services, with a P/L responsibility of over $500 million.

Prior to VeriSign, Mark was President and CEO of MarkMonitor, Inc., a San Francisco-based global corporate domain registration and online fraud protection services organization. Under Mark’s leadership, MarkMonitor grew a customer base of almost 200 Fortune 500 companies (46 in the Fortune 100), raised two rounds of equity capital, and grew revenues from $1.5 to $30 million in just over 3 years.

Before MarkMonitor, Mark was President and CEO of Digex, Inc. where, during his tenure, revenues grew from $22M to $214M in just over 3 years, Digex completed a successful $200M IPO in August 1999, a $100M investment by Microsoft and Compaq in November 1999 and a $1.2 billion secondary offering (for majority owner) in January 2000.  Mark also navigated an extremely complex $6 billion sale of majority ownership in Digex to WorldCom late in 2000 and completed the transition to WorldCom in mid-2002.  Early in his career, Mark held senior positions/consultancies with Cable & Wireless in the U.K., BBN Corporation and EDS.

Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a second major in Mathematics from Wayne State University.

Dr. David Goldschlag is President and CTO, with responsibility to define and maintain the company's long-term strategic product roadmap, monitor and assess new technologies, and manage and maximize the value of Trust Digital's Intellectual Property portfolio. David has over 20 years of experience creating and selling innovative technology in start-up, commercial, government, and academic environments. David has held senior management roles at Trusted Edge (information retention at the desktop), USinternetworking (the first application service provider) and Divx (the first limited license digital media), as well as positions at the National Security Agency and the US Naval Research Laboratory (anonymous communications through Onion Routing). David is a co-inventor on seven granted patents, and has published over 30 academic papers on topics including database technologies, cryptography, conditional access, and computer security.

Michael Pratt has over 30 years of experience in general management and finance, in both domestic and international organizations. Michael's experience includes early-stage company management, negotiation of strategic partnerships and alliances, and service on the Boards of Directors of several companies. Prior to joining Trust Digital, Michael was the CFO of Galt Associates, a privately held, venture-backed, software and professional services company with innovative technologies which supported over 70 pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies managing risk through information. Galt was sold to Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ: CERN) in July 2006. Earlier professional experience include: VP, Finance & Administration of Sentito Networks; CFO of Chondros, Inc; CEO of CrossMedia Networks Corp.; CEO of Point of Care Technologies; various senior finance and operations positions with Mobil Corporation in both domestic and international settings, including President and General Manager of three Mobil subsidiaries; and Audit Manager, Arthur Andersen & Co.

Dr. Guy Levy-Yurista is Vice President, Product Management with the responsibility to define, shape and ensure Trust Digital’s product line is built to address the needs of large-scale enterprise customers, this includes owning the product road map, product strategy and overall pricing strategy for the company.  Guy also leads the Sales Engineering team that is responsible for pre- and post-sale support and services. Before joining Trust Digital, Guy held several senior level positions at AOL, and CeLight Inc., a start-up where he developed and delivered intricate product and pricing strategies.  Outside of his professional interests, Guy is a wine enthusiast who spent four years as the editor of the Israeli Wine and Gourmet Magazine and two years as the President of the Wine Club during his Wharton MBA Program.

In 2009 Kevin Sapp was promoted to Vice President of Product Development at Trust Digital after spending several years in a variety of engineering roles – all with increasing responsibility – at the company.  Today Kevin has responsibility for product architecture, design, implementation, verification, and product release. With over a decade of industry experience, Kevin has held a number of technical positions for leading technology companies such as Visual Networks and as a contractor to government agencies including DARPA and the FAA.  Earlier professional experience includes being a key member of the team that developed and implemented the National Airspace System (NAS) Infrastructure Management System, an integration of several disparate systems, whose purpose is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Air Traffic Control infrastructure.

Nick Turner brings over 10 years of successful sales and business development experience to Trust Digital and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate objectives including building new teams in new markets and advancing an organization’s strategy and position.  In his new role at Trust Digital, Nick will work globally with carrier partners and enterprise value added resellers to deliver the Trust Digital EMM platform so that businesses can manage and secure iPhones and other non-Blackberry devices. Prior to joining Trust Digital, Nick was Vice President of Global Business Development at Telcordia Technologies where he was responsible for extending their presence into the mobile operator market.  Nick also held executive level positions at 3CLogic and was Vice President of Business Development at NexTone where he spent several years launching the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa division that grew to represent 40% of the company's annual bookings.
